The international Master’s program in “Criminal Justice, Governance and Police Science” has been developed by the Department of Criminology, Criminal Policy and Police Science (Faculty of Law) of Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany, in cooperation with colleagues from the Research Group on 'Governing and Policing Security' (GaPS) at the University College Ghent in Belgium. This 2-year international Master’s curriculum is designed as a unique Blended-Learning course in order to acknowledge the special needs of professionals employed and internationals from around the globe, allowing a global participation and offering an excellent opportunity for advanced education and life-long learning.
